There are a few simple points to follow which maximize the gains you may receive:
- Get as good a night’s sleep as you can.
- Eat fresh food so that you are well nourished. Fresh veg. and fruit etc., not highly processed carbs. Eat enough protein: 1g per kg of body weight say.
- Be adequately rested before a session so that you are not physically tired from strenuous work or sport etc.
- Do not drink alcohol in the 24 hours before a session.
- Do not take aspirin within 7 days prior to a session.
- Please do not take drugs. Cannabis, ecstasy, cocaine, heroin etc. allow the mind to become enturbulated and deplete the body of essential nutrients. Drugs can reduce I.Q. and change personality negatively.
- Allow plenty of time for each session since they are not of a fixed duration and usually last longer than one hour. Make arrangements for children to be picked up from school etc. so you are not under pressure to leave suddenly.
