Website Access and Use

Visitors to this website are obviously encouraged to read the material. This does not imply that a visitor has the right to attempt to change any of the material without permission from the website owner. Hacking and other attempts at unauthorised intervention are illegal, and should not be practiced. Please act in good faith.

This website is not a blog. It provides information concerning the spiritual healing services provided by Thrumind. There is no facility to post comments, articles etc. so please do not try to circumvent or undermine the purpose of the website.

Communication

Visitors wishing to partake of the services which Thrumind offers or to make enquiries about such, are encouraged to email, telephone or write a letter, which is extremely secure. Your details shall not be sold or passed on to a third party.

Thrumind asks website visitors to act in good faith. If you are not genuinely interested in the services then please leave the site. It is not a blog for comment or discussion.

Records

The records made during a counselling session will be manually written on paper. No digital notes shall be taken.

If, for any unusual reason, a client wishes the records to be digitally scanned and transmitted, a request in writing must be made by the client, however, the ultimate consent rests with Thrumind. This would be very unusual and unlikely.

Brief notes allow the counsellor to keep track of what has been done and covered, especially if the counselling takes place intermittently over several months. They allow the counsellor to monitor progress and are necessary should a more advanced counsellor wish to review them for quality control.

Manually written records are much easier to keep confidential as they are unhackable and not subject to technological mistakes. All such records made by Thrumind shall remain the property of Thrumind. Old records shall be destroyed at the discretion of Thrumind.

If a client wishes to pursue more advanced spiritual development at a recognised Scientology organisation, the client must request in writing that his records be released to the said organisation if they are required. Postage/courier charges will not be paid by Thrumind but by the client or stated organisation, otherwise the records shall not be released.

Appointments

If appointments are continually broken then time will be deducted from the client’s purchased hours. This is because the fee is very modestly priced so only a small amount of time may be lost by Thrumind before the financial situation becomes unviable. C’est la vie!
